Orthopedic Oncologist appointment

My appointment with Dr. Seidel (the Orthopedic Oncologist) is Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. It's been weird but I have been feeling a bit of nausea, like I want to throw up all the time. My arm has really gotten a bit more painful since the MRI and I am scared. Please pray for healing and comfort.

Results from Jerry's MRI testing on Tuesday

I got the news today (no, I'm not going to break out into an old Beatles song) from my MRI test on Tuesday. They found 3 things in the MRI:
1) They found a mass/tumor on my right arm approx. 4.3cm x 3.2cm. They sent me for more X-Rays to better determine what the problem is.
2) I have a torn ligament in a muscle upwards higher on my right arm which is also causing discomfort.
3) There is a concern regarding my right arm socket (osteoporosis).
I have called the Orthopedic Oncologist to schedule a consultation so that they can determine what exactly is wrong and how to treat this. I am praying that the tumor/mass is benign and that there is an easy treatment for the other health issues I am facing.
Please join me in praying for strength to deal with this and for Patty too. She is very strong but I know that she is also concerned. I am afraid but I know that my God is bigger than all these things.
I love you all and thank you for your support.
Blessings,

Jerry

What a weird experience

The MRI yesterday was the weirdest experience I think I've ever had. I was so overwhelmed with the claustrophobic feeling I had there and was panicked feeling so closed in. I hope to have the results soon so that I can resume a normal life (whatever that is).

Why You're Fat

This is from Valerie Saxion's SilverCreek Labs's Website. The weblink is as follows:
http://www.silvercreeklabs.com/showNotesDetails/64.html

As you may have noticed, I haven't posted much lately but I will be starting back up on this shortly. I have an MRI today and will know what's wrong with my right arm. Hopefully, I will be back in the gym in no time. I have been feeling a little down with the gym with all the turmoil with trainers and have used my arm as an excuse to not being there. That stops now.

Anyways, here is a great article and we'll see how things progress.

Why You're Fat

Studies show that ONLY 10% of people that are overweight are overweight because of over eating!

What's wrong with the other 90%?

Well, I say where there's fruit, there's a root!

So let's do some gardening!

1. Do you crave carbs, sugars, and junk! Is Little Debbie calling your name? Saying, "Come Snack with me."
2. Has your get-up-and-go, got-up-and-went?
3. Do you wake up 500 times during a night - starve yourself during the day, and still remain the same weight?
4. Are you always cold, sluggish and have brain fog?
5. Do you know where every fast food restaurant is in town?
6. Are you on prescription meds?
7. Do you eliminate properly?
8. Are you a couch potato?
9. Do you think fresh fruits & veggies come in a can?
10. Is stress your middle name?

Well, let's start digging! There is an answer!

You are the Temple of the Lord, so let's start reconstruction of the temple!

1. If you have specific food cravings, it's time to do a cleanse.

2. Have you forgotten what get-up-and-go is? Cleanse your liver. Your liver metabolizes fats and is the distribution center for 90% of everything you put in, and on your body. Give yourself a tune up and cleanse your liver!
Nothing like a coffee enema to do a quick fix!

3. If you seem to be awake more than you sleep, it may be time to have those neurotransmitters tested! Maybe your Serotonin is low and you need to supplement! An easy urine test can reveal all that. The symptoms are depression, inability to lose weight, restlessness, sleeplessness, belly fat and much more!

4. If you're always cold - check that thyroid!
Do a simple basal thermometer evaluation: Use a mercury thermometer. Shake it down below 95 degrees each night before you go to bed and place it on your nightstand. For 5 consecutive mornings, before your feet hit the floor, reach for that thermometer, place it under your arm ¨C no clothing between the thermometer and your armpit, wait 10 minutes, lie still during this time. The normal early a.m. basal temperature is between 97.8 and 98.2 degrees. If your temperature is lower, chances are, your thyroid gland is under active. Note: If you are a female who menstruates, do the same test on the second and third day of your period.
Up to 80% of Americans are walking around with a low or sluggish thyroid!

5. Do you simply make bad choices? Be forewarned, there is a fast food restaurant lying in wait for you.

6. Are you on medicines that interfere with weight loss, if so, cleanse your liver!

7. Do you eliminate regularly - once every 3 days is not enough, I have people tell me all the time they lose up to 20 pounds a month just by cleansing! Do an organ cleanse, your body will thank you for it!

8. If you said, "yes" to being a couch potato, get up and move that body! You've got to burn what you take in, even if it's 300 calories! And, muscle burns 5 times more calories than fat does. So get buff! Build muscle! Get lean!

9. You must eat fresh, living foods. You are what you eat! Don't eat dead foods! Those living foods have living enzymes to break everything you are taking in to your body! Cooking food kills enzymes. Also, supplement with enzymes! It's imperative for a healthy body and a healthy waistline!

10.And if stress is a way of life for you: Do something now! Stress releases Cortisol and Cortisol produces fat as well as wrecking havoc on the rest of the body. Get rid of the stress if possible and supplement to aid your body in feeling great and losing weight.

Supplements that help the body lose weight

1.CLA
2.Collagen
3.Vitamin C
4.B-Complex
5.Neurotransmitter testing and supplements
6.Enzymes
7.EFA
8.Minerals
9.5-HTP
10.Capsaicin
11.Yohimbe - especially for the lower body - Yea!
12.Exposure to sunlight facilitates weight loss in persons afflicted with obesity - by stimulating the thyroid gland and increasing the body's metabolism ,so get a tan and get thin!
13.Water - I drink a gallon a day. You should be drinking one-half your body weight in ounces of water each day - Example: If you weigh 150 pounds you should drink 75 ounces of water per day.
